"When we arrived, the drive-thru was incredibly busy, and we ordered three blizzards. It took quite a while for the cars in front of us to get their food. By the time we received our blizzards at the window, they were all melted. This explained why they didn’t turn them upside down – they were practically liquid when we got them, making a mess that forced us to take them home and refreeze them. I spent $15, and I expected much better service and product quality. If it’s that busy, they shouldn’t rush to serve ice cream, or at the very least, they should have cars waiting pull into a parking area. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell in the drive-thru line, reminiscent of rotten wastewater, and the area behind the shop was dirty and poorly maintained. I have no intention of returning."
