"On November 13, 2022, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a cheesesteak, and they completely forgot to add mayo. The fried onions were chopped so finely that they were almost unnoticeable. Instead of placing the lettuce on top, they put it on the bottom, which resulted in wilted leaves. To make matters worse, they used diced tomatoes instead of sliced ones—who does that? Additionally, the meat was dry, and I was overcharged by $2.50. For me, spending $12.50 on such a mediocre sandwich isn't worth it. Jersey Mike's down the street far surpasses this place. They might want to consider hiring more experienced adults for the kitchen rather than the two boys working there—one of whom looked too young to be employed. Lastly, the woman at the counter was quite unpleasant. I advise my neighbors: save your money and skip this place."
