"I recently returned from Colorado and was craving a delicious pizza with hot giardiniera. To my delight, this restaurant offered both mild and hot options! I couldn't resist trying their Italian beef pizza before indulging in Portillos the next day. Colorado doesn't have the best pizza options, so I couldn't settle for just one. We also ordered plain cheese, veggie, and sausage/pepperoni pizzas, all of which were fantastic. As someone who used to work at Waterman Pizza Villa, I can't wait to visit Fat Olives when I'm back home. This restaurant will now be a must-stop for me. I also want to give a shout out to Chumley's in Shabonna, as they are not competitors but offer great pizza as well. I could eat pizza every day! Let's make Route 30 a pizza destination!
