"If I could give this restaurant a zero rating, I would. The place was only a quarter full, but they had four service staff waiting tables so they were not understaffed. It took 20 minutes just to get someone to take our order, and we had to flag them down as three out of the four service staff pointedly ignored us. Despite giving a simple order, it took another 20 minutes to receive our water to drink. When our food finally arrived, only three of us had silverware, and they never brought a fourth set. The condiments we had ordered for our sides never came out, and we had to ask for them again with no success. Two of our orders were incorrect. No one came to check on us, and the servers actively avoided our table when we tried to get their attention. We sat with empty water glasses, a shortage of silverware and condiments, and incorrect food. Additionally, they added a 4% credit card charge to the bill if paying by debit/credit card. The only positive aspect was that the food itself was decently average. We were a group of three middle-aged adults and one young adult, and we did not order anything complicated or difficult. This was easily the worst service we have experienced in years."
