"This weekend, the dinner service was remarkably slow, with only one other table occupied and maybe two or three carry-out orders while I was eating. I frequently visit the Mason location, which is slightly smaller, but after my food arrived, not a single staff member came to check if I liked it or needed anything. All I could hear was chatter among the staff. If you're expecting tips for having me order at the counter, shouldn't you be making an effort to keep the business afloat? It’s not a sustainable business model, especially for a store run by the owner's daughter. At Mason, the staff regularly checks in and engages with customers. I do prefer this West Chester location for its ambiance and the two levels of dining, but there's nothing particularly compelling that makes me want to return. I really enjoy Big Dogs, but I’m beginning to doubt this location's survival."
