He kindly pointed out that we should mix the rice flakes with the rest of the dishes on the plate! The flavors were interesting and enjoyable. Newari Khaja Set The chicken was served cool, had a strong mustard flavor, and will give you garlic breath for the rest of the night. It was fun for us first timers to mix and match what 's on the plate the aforementioned rice flakes, a soybean and chili salad, a potato and carrot salad, an egg, and bread. Buff Set I don 't know if the meat was actually buffalo or just beef, but it was well seasoned. We like it better than the chicken, only because it was milder, and better suited our palate. Fried veggie momo The filling has more complex flavor compared to other momos we 've had. Egg fried rice For someone reason my kids love Nepalese egg fried rice.
