However, what I received was indeed rubbery and repulsive, unlike any beef and broccoli I’ve ever had. I felt quite nauseated just thinking about it. After sharing my experience on the phone, she gave me what seemed like a set response to resolve the issue, and the call ended abruptly.
A few minutes later, I received a call back from the same woman. She mentioned that she spoke with the manager, who decided to issue me a credit for my next order. I can't help but wonder how they will recognize me next time since they didn’t take my name or any details. Overall, I’m really disappointed with my order tonight! I've learned my lesson and won’t be ordering the beef and broccoli again. In fact, I’m not even sure I'll order from this place again at all."
