"Pretty terrible. Had an old menu on hand looking for ordering some Chinese. Used the place 4 years ago and the food was evidently decent. This time around they had a meltdown because they couldn't find my house. This was after a full descriptionbeforehand, and a follow up upon their hysterical and unintelligible driver's phone call. Last house on the block, dead endstreet, only one with a pile of illuminated Halloween decorations, AND illuminated 18 high house number. I kid you not 1½foot high numbers with a light on them! Not to mention we're one town over from Teaneck and getting here required a total ofTHREE turns! The food was so salty that we were craving liquids for the next three hours. The dumplings were completely void oftaste. The Mongolian beef was largely onions and peppers and the chicken on a stick was so overcooked that it looked like thechicken got caught in a barn fire. The driver was literally shaking at the door and announced that his boss said they willnever deliver here again. Not to fear boss ...lol You won't have to. ;"

"We used to really enjoy this place, but time after time the portions get smaller, and the service seems to get worse. I pre-ordered for a certain time because I new I'd be in a rush, waited in line for 15 min past the time of my pickup to get the wrong entree and extremely stale fries. Upon asking for a refund for the entree I had to wait another several minutes and it took two employees to apparently figure out how a refund is issued. I can only hope I actually will get a refund since after losing 25 minutes in this process I left before they finish the refund. We definitely won't be returning, which is a shame because their food used to be really good."

"So many Chinese food places nearby or around Mewelen area outside of Central Ave, in a sufficient parking, small place, no food in due to pandemic, but could place, 5 pairs or less. Food is very good, menu is about the same, I never had problems with pickup / delivery. Attention to detail with order, and have a pretty good coupon saving or free food that is worth money. Some things seem pricy, but for a supper you can't go wrong, food is enough to fill every belly. Have fun."

"I have ordered food from Hong Kong before and have never had any issues. However, my recent experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. I ordered takeout, but when I got home, my order was incorrect. I had ordered chicken chow mein and egg drop soup, shrimp with mixed vegetables but without green peppers, and wonton soup. But instead, I received chicken chow mein and hot and sour soup, shrimp with garlic, and wonton soup. When my husband called to complain, they suggested he try the food anyway. This is not a good way to treat customers, especially if you want them to come back."

"I have an iron stomach and will eat anything. Except this. I had to throw the entire order away because it was essentially inedible. Every item I ordered was just really disgusting: flavorless and overly thickened soup (even the little crunchy noodles that come with were oily and soggy and bad), rangoons that were undercooked so the dough was just floury and gross, General Tsos chicken that was rock hard, and more but I dont have the energy to keep going, probably because I waited a really long time for my dinner only to have to toss it in the trash. Oh and no napkins, utensils, or the soda can that was supposed to come with my combo! I have had so much Chinese food over the years and even the bad Chinese is like, pretty ok. Not this. I've never rated anything like this before but I felt I had to warn everyone."

"It is one of my regular restaurants for noodle soup. Broth is thick and delicious. Portion is also satisfactory. Recommend Dac viet if you like multiple types of meat in it. Some parkings are available on the street by chance. But highly recommend using one of the public parking lots. One on Walnut st is easy."

"When we arrived, it took about 10-15 minutes for anyone to come over and bring us menus. There was only one server for a lot of tables, so it felt a bit overwhelming for her. When I tried to place my order, she didn’t quite understand, so she went to get her manager. All I did was point at the menu! Unfortunately, the sauce was unappetizing and tasted artificial; the shrimp was unappealing, and the vegetables looked almost fake—quite strange! Of course, maybe I just picked the wrong dish. My boyfriend ordered a salad that turned out to be quite disappointing, with hardly any dressing and overly watery. On the bright side, I did enjoy the edamame! Honestly, the highlights of my meal were the two orange slices and the rice, which says a lot!"

"The food was really good. The service was a little strange. I'm an American so I know to tip and normally I always tip 20%. I used to be a waitress and I always thought you weren't supposed to DEMAND a tip. I always thought that was rude. What if the service was really terrible? Should you tip for for really bad service? So anyway I went to pay after my meal. The total was $17.31. I paid with with $20.01. She said, Do you need change I said yes. She gave me $2 and some change. I turned around to go put $3 on the table and she said, EXCUSE me you don't tip!?!? You tip I really thought it didn't matter if you put the tip on the table or leave it with the cashier ? ? I said, I was gonna leave it on the table but if she wants it right now ok fine she can have the $2. I was gonna leave $3 on the table. I really do understand you are supposed to tip. And normally I always do but DEMANDING a tip when the customer is already trying to tip the table I definitely think that's rude. I think DEMANDING a tip is probably going to get you a much smaller tip than just letting them tip the table."

"Excellent Chinese takeout spot! I typically order the General Tso's chicken from their lunch/dinner special menu. Generous portion sizes, love their general tso's, quick service and great prices. Othet remarks: 1. Street parking can be difficult at times since its in the downtown area, however it's easy to park on an inner residential street for a short walk to the restaurant. 2. Takeout times typically takes about 10 minutes."

"Genuine review: This restaurant offers the best food in the area. The flavors are consistently excellent, and the service is quick. "If you're looking for tofu, I wouldn't recommend this place. The General Tso tofu was simply tofu tossed in sauce, rather than being fried as it's meant to be. Additionally, the vegetables in the dishes were old and looked like frozen leftovers. I've enjoyed Sultan from another location before, but I definitely won't be returning for this disappointing meal."

"The food at this restaurant was terrible. The shrimp was tough and tasted old or fake. The eggs foo yung was burnt, and even the onion in the rice was burnt. When I called to complain about the shrimp in my friend rice that I didn't even want, the person on the phone blamed me for my daughter's order of shrimp fried rice. I will not be eating at this Chinese restaurant again. I would rather go to the restaurant on 231st next to the bus stop."
