"I have been following a raw diet without salt or sugar, so my palate may be a bit more sensitive, but I found the food to be somewhat overly salty and sweet. I ordered the beef lemongrass salad with raw vegetables and really enjoyed it; it was quite good. Unfortunately, the Tom Kha soup, made with chicken, coconut, galangal, and lemongrass, wasn't as tangy or vibrant as I'm accustomed to. It’s usually my go-to Thai dish, along with Pad See Ew, but my friend and I didn’t sample any of the noodle dishes this time. Next visit, perhaps! He enjoyed his chicken salad and also liked the sweet and sour chicken. My salad cost around $12 to $15, and my small soup was $7. All the food tasted fresh, and the meat was lean and well-trimmed. Aroma is located on the street near the beach, though not directly on the beach, so it has a casual vibe, but there isn't really a view or an effort to make it picturesque or cozy. Overall, it was a great choice for a casual meal, and I would definitely come back."
