"Update: Increased the star ratings. Owner is interested in improving the establishment. He reached out right after I posted the review. Also, I decided food and atmosphere are better overall... so rating is now based on all our visits, not just this latest visit. Supply chain issue maybe still, but we will go back. A lot of restaurants are short staffed these days so taking that into consideration also. Original Review: I come here for the beer. And cheese curds. Don't come here for fine dining. Sometimes we get a great server. Usually they are out of something we ordered, but we make do. We aren't always told when we order that they are out of it... this time it wasn't until our food was coming out that they told us some of the ingredients on our order were out so we cancelled that portion of the order. They still gave us the fries from the order and we thought that was nice until we saw they charged us for the fries... and we ordered another meal to make up for the cancelled order! They are always under new management so we get hopeful... but nope. Still need work."

"I'm giving this restaurant a 5-star review for a few reasons, but there is one small caveat. Since the recent renovations, I've really enjoyed visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings more than ever. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and the bar area is particularly inviting, showcasing numerous taps and premium liquor bottles right from the entrance! There's a male server here whose name I can't recall, but he has consistently provided excellent service to my group. The only minor issue I have is that some of the wing sauce flavors appear to be quite varied at first glance, but they mostly boil down to about 5-8 different flavors in varying spice levels. That said, Buffalo Wild Wings still does a fantastic job of introducing new seasonal sauces every few months. If you're planning to dine here, I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as this location tends to get very busy quickly!"

"My wife and I visited the restaurant around 7:45 PM. Our waitress was overwhelmed, while the other staff members, including the manager, seemed more focused on flirting with a guy in the corner. I don’t mind waiting, and our waitress did her best, but the wait for undercooked fried pickles with raw batter was disappointing. When I mentioned it to someone in the kitchen, they didn’t seem to care, and we still got charged for them. My wife ordered a burger that was drenched in grease, which made her feel sick immediately, and I had some rubbery chicken wings. We ended up spending over $55 on food that I wouldn’t even serve to my dog, in an atmosphere filled with noisy kids and a lack of leadership. Overall, our experience at Wild Wings was incredibly disappointing. I hope you don’t respond to this like you have to the last 100 bad reviews with a generic answer that avoids the issues."
