"Szechuan Garden did not disappoint. My husband, kids, and I enjoyed everything immensely. The dumplings were the crowd favorite, along with General Tso's chicken, Broccoli Beef, and Dried Cooked String Beans. I didn’t personally try the pot stickers, as I'm not a fan of them, but they looked fine and were enjoyed by the rest of my family.
For myself, I ordered the Hot Spicy Dried Pot with Tofu. The tofu was well-cooked, but I felt the dish would have benefited from meat or seafood, which would absorb the flavors better. I found none of the dishes overly salty; everything was well-seasoned and full of fresh flavors. As someone who appreciates simplicity in elevated cuisine, my favorite dish was the Dried Cooked String Beans. They were flash-fried with a generous amount of garlic, offering a delightful crunch while maintaining their freshness. The spice from the accompanying chili peppers was mild enough for my family, but perfect for me since I love spicy food. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience!"
