"I'm not sure what kind of scam is happening, but I've had two instances where I ordered food through DoorDash, and both times the manager wouldn't let the driver pick up my order, insisting I needed to pay over the phone instead. I've been a customer for years without any issues, but now they're being rude when I ask questions and won’t let me go to the store to prove the transaction and pick up my food myself. I'm finished with them."
