"My experience with Big Daddy pizza was HORRIBLE today! I paid $45 for a specific kind of pizza HALF pepperoni HALF cheese! When I received the pizza and finally make it to my destination I see the pizza is ALL Pepperoni …. So I call the company express to them the pizza was made wrong so they advise for me to come back they’ll give me another pizza!! So I make my way back the SAME employee who told me to come told me I now had to speak with management …. So I speak with the manager he proceeds to tell me he can’t give me a pizza without a picture …. (Not telling me this over the phone) which should’ve been said before they agreed to giving me the pizza! I’m really upset because it’s my daughter’s 2ND Birthday this is unacceptable!! You guys need better communication skills when I said I wanted a specific thing that’s what I expect if not then I expect for you guys to correct it !"

"Was a customer here since moving to Olney in 2010. Got a service dog and now I am not allowed to eat there per the manager. Reached out to the owners twice about them breaking the law, got no response. After almost 15 years, they lost a customer who came at least once a week for carry out or happy hour. Bye. 2nd restaurant in Olney that has to be shut down for not following the law and for discrimination against the disabled. Hope you go out of business soon."
