"I ordered chicken fried rice without onions because I have an allergy to them, along with sweet and sour chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked and nearly burnt. When I called to discuss the chicken fried rice, I was passed around to three different people, and ultimately was told they couldn’t confirm how I ordered it and that there was nothing they could do to help me. I ended up paying $33 for the sweet and sour chicken (which wasn't good), the chicken fried rice (which I can't eat), and Crab Rangoon, plus a $10 tip. This was my first experience with this restaurant, and I will not be ordering from them again."
