"I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. First, I expected a delicious, fresh bagel on a Sunday, but that was not the case. Second, I ordered a grilled chicken pumpernickel bagel, and that's exactly what I received—plain and without any condiments. Third, I paid extra for avocado, but there was none included. Fourth, I requested a Greek salad and ended up with a macaroni salad instead. On a positive note, the pickle was excellent."
