"I stopped by on Friday at 5:30 PM for some fish tacos. When I arrived, the dining area was completely empty, and I had to wait while two employees worked the drive-thru. A third staff member, whom I will refer to as Mr. Nosering, showed up, glanced at me, and then ignored my presence. Eventually, I managed to place my order, and Mr. Nosering finally seemed to show a bit of interest in his job.
The cleanliness of the place was concerning; every table was dirty, as was the floor. As I waited for my food, I noticed a tray on the counter that had to be mine since I was still the only customer. Apparently, calling out to me was too much effort for the staff. I got up and asked Mr. Nosering if that tray was my order, to which he casually replied, "I guess," as he walked past me.
When I requested some napkins, I was handed just one paper towel. As for the food, it was exactly what I expected, but it was clear that no care went into preparing it. Seriously, how hard is it to put ingredients inside the tortillas? To top it off, the soft drink machine was out of order, and the restrooms were closed.
Overall, the lack of effort from the staff was astonishing. How do they even stay in business? I definitely will not be returning, and if I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place! If it's this bad in the dining area, I can only imagine how unsanitary the kitchen must be. Avoid at all costs!"
