"This location is pretty convenient with lots of parking space, right between Nordstrom Rack and TJ Maxx.I placed a rather large online order and showed up on time to pick it up. Found out my order (all $68 worth) was picked up by someone else with my name, except spelled with a K. I stood around waiting about 5-6 minutes thinking my order was being remade.A confused employee approached me and told me I already picked up my order. I felt like I was almost accused of trying to get food for free. I clearly saw the receipt for the other person with my name and it was definitely not me. It took him a bit to understand that they were at fault for giving my order to the wrong person.So I had to wait another 15 or so minutes for my whole order to be remade and one of the sides was wrong too. Yikes.Other than the terrible service (check people's receipts on their phones before you give them their online orders), the food itself did taste good."
