"Placed a mobile order. Then placed another when we went through the drive through. They were sold out of nuggets, not a big deal order something else. Took 20minutes to get our food. Got home, went to eat my double quarter pounder with bacon. You know the extra meat they up charge for. Guess what, no bacon on my burger! If it's gonna take longer and cost almost the same amount as a sit down, then why would anyone return. Fire the crew, make sure the next ones know how to identify pictures and read basic English. No answer when I tried to call as well"

"The location of this restaurant is absolutely terrible! I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:23 to order breakfast and had to wait in the parking lot until 10:35. While it's not the end of the world to wait for my food, when they finally handed it to me, I checked and realized they had forgotten a sandwich. I immediately got the attention of a staff member to let her know about the missing item. She went inside, came back, and told me that they said they had put the sandwich in the bag, and I could go inside if I wanted to discuss it. What’s the point of the drive-thru? I went inside, and they handed me the sandwich right away. I doubt anyone will read this or care, especially considering their low two-star rating with over 1,200 reviews."

"I ordered a deluxe double quarter pounder meal on the mobile app and received a regular quarter pounder with no tomatoes. I usually check my order at time of sale, I was in a hurry and didn't find out it was wrong until I got home. I tried for 30 minutes to call the store to see if they could fix it but no one answered the phone. Terrible customer service."

"This restaurant is a great spot for family breakfast and dinner (not too late). It can get quite busy during breakfast hours, but the rest of the day is a good time to visit. If you plan on going late at night, be aware that there is typically a lot of activity happening in Seattle. Overall, the food is good and I highly recommend this place. It's a must-try!"

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald's, which I believe is the worst one I've encountered in my 15 years of working as a store manager for McDonald's in California. The staff seems completely unaware of the standards for Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value. It appears that the owner/operator is indifferent as well, or else they would have addressed these ongoing issues by hiring a manager who takes pride in their work. I've faced numerous problems at this location, such as receiving incorrect orders and not having lettuce on a Big Mac. You name it, it seems to happen here. It’s truly frustrating!"

"I spoke with a manager (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) around 5-6 a.m., and we discussed the possibility of leaving the motorhome in the spacious parking lot while we headed home. She was very understanding and had no objections. She even offered some advice on our situation and wished us good luck for the rest of our trip. When we returned to check on our camper, everything was still in good shape. The staff greeted me warmly and wished me luck again as I left. I ended up contacting a local service center to repair the issues, and I brought the motorhome in for repairs on July 7, 2016. I just want to give a big shout-out to the entire team at the Pinconning McDonald's! Thank you for your amazing service and support!"

"I 've had issues in the past but usually just blow it off, because there are one or two good workers there, but today I ordered and paid through the mobile app well before the end of breakfast only to get there, give the code, and be told its past breakfast and they can 't get the order because it only appears when they have the code. Per the McDonald 's corporate, not franchise, the order is available when you are 3 min away, I was less than a minute away. But thats not even the real issue, the real issue is being told that since I didn 't get the order it will probably refund it in a few days. Its annoying because they made a lame excuse when I have had a nesr similar issue ordering on the inside self serve kiosk, their issue is they are not observant and over look orders not done in person and when they make errors refuse to take accountability. "Keeping in mind that this place has a ton of visitors seeing how close it is to Six Flags I respect that it remains very clean as well as the bathrooms as well as the play area the only complaint I would give is to add some more chairs or maybe tablet in the play area other than that not only is it a really good place to eat and let the kids run around but also the staff is friendly and mostly the orders are done by a large screen and after a few minutes you get your order number on a big screen and that's when you know to pick it up there is also an option to have number on the table you're going to sit down and somebody will bring your food up once it's ready"

"I’ve come to Jay McDonald’s many times but this time was frustrating. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and 2 mcchickens so I see no reason as to why I was made to park. Especially since they immediately brought my food out as soon as I did park. The man who brought me my food was extremely rude because I parked in the curbside parking because I did not realize where the reserved parking was. Not a big deal, I thought but he talked to me like I was stupid. Saying “are you this order that we told to park over in one, I said yes I wasn’t sure where one was so I came over here. His response “well see over there it says ONE TWO THREE” I had to roll up my window I don’t appreciate being spoken down to like I am stupid for a simple mistake. I’d never noticed where the reserved spots were. And I shouldn’t have been parked for such a simple order."

"Typically nightime/closing workers have a poor attitude. Certain managers at this establishment are the same. Where this store shines are its crew members. I have been here many times. I live in the area. Every time I get something from this establishment it’s well made. My favorite worker here is a closing crew member. Her name is Rebekah. I said I’d put this review in for her. Every time I’m there she is rushing about doing everything she can. Multiple times when I have eaten inside to stay warm, she has asked others in the lobby if they have been helped. They likely haven’t and she immediately rectifies the situation. She seems to be the hardest working person there. If I were the owner I’d consider making her a manager. The closing manager Toni is also good at her job and is pretty funny. This is also the best McDonald’s I’ve eaten at. Good day."
