"This restaurant offers outstanding customer service for a Vietnamese Pho place! I’ve been to authentic spots that may be limited in their English skills, but here, if you have any questions about pho, they're more than happy to help. I appreciate the variety of food options available. I ordered the pho, which wasn’t as flavorful as I typically prefer, but the chicken was absolutely delicious. The pieces of round eye steak were a bit larger than I like, making them harder to eat, but still quite tasty. The noodles were a little sticky for my taste, and I’m not a fan of white onions and cilantro, so I appreciated that they followed my order preferences. The dumplings were delightful—soft with slightly crispy edges. The tables were clean! You get the sauces and bring them to your table, which is nice, though it can make for a tight fit on the table, especially with the large bowls. I didn’t get a chance to try bubble tea, as I was hoping to have royal tea, but the cashier (who I believe is the owner) mentioned they plan to offer it by summer. I noticed that the place is under new ownership and the staff is very friendly, always checking in to see if you need anything. Overall, I would definitely come back to try something new, along with those dumplings!"
