"I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating for their great pizza that can be customized. However, the service was extremely poor, receiving a negative 5-star rating. The manager had a terrible attitude and provided terrible service. Here's what happened: we had our emotional support dog with us and had him tied to a post outside before entering. We asked the staff if we could bring him inside, but they refused. We ordered our food and left our dog outside for a moment while we kept an eye on him during the ordering process. Around 10 people approached us asking if they could pet our dog, to which we agreed. The manager then approached us and demanded that we leave after paying, without providing us with the pizza we had paid for yet. When I reminded him that we had paid for the pizza and hadn't received it, he went to the kitchen and brought out a pizza that was only half cooked, crumpled it up, and put it in a box. He even commented that our dog looked aggressive. I will not be returning to this restaurant until the manager is fired."
