"By the time he returned, the restaurant had already closed for the day. I attempted to call several times, but there was no response. I also contacted them through Facebook, where they informed me they were closed. I explained my situation, and they assured me they would notify the owner. After waiting about a month, I followed up, but I still didn’t receive a response. I waited another two or three months, and there was still no word. To this day, I haven't heard back from them, nor have I received a refund or a replacement meal. We didn't even get the chance to eat the fries!"
