"We go here about 12 years, and there are a few very good dishes to order when you are vegan. Also they will happily substitute tofu, or the egg, steam instead of fry, etc. Here are the dishes we like: Pan Fried Cantonese Noodles with Fried Tofu (with additional noodles). Vegetables Fried Rice with Fried Tofu, no egg. Vegetable dumplings, frying pan. Sweet and Sour Fried Tofu with pineapple. They will also add nuts, but if you ask for walnuts, they will fried in sugar, which is a classic Chinese technique, but one that can surprise you if you are unfamiliar. For appetizers you will get small dishes of pickled cabbage and roasted dough. Good iced tea and pots of hot tea, of course. It is clean, with stands and tables, and friendly waiting staff. We're grateful it's here. Updated from previous review on 2016-03-29"
