Unfortunately, when I picked up my order, I found that they were singles, even though I was charged for doubles. I live 20 minutes away and tried to call several times to resolve the issue, but no one answered. This isn't the first time I've had problems here. Additionally, the wait time in the drive-thru was quite long. It's very frustrating to go through all this trouble to ensure my order is correct and then have no one available to help fix their mistake, especially when living so far away."
