"I walked in and stood at the register for over 30 minutes without anyone taking my order. Despite asking the front-line worker three times if they could take my order, I was met with a "no." There was a line of about 10 to 12 other customers who had also been waiting for food for over 40 minutes, some even longer! One of the managers was too busy sitting in the office to assist. She came out, glanced around, and then returned to her office. There is absolutely no excuse for this, especially with so many staff members present. I eventually decided to leave. I can easily find fast and friendly service elsewhere. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. While the drive-thru was quick, many customers came back inside because their orders were wrong and had to wait again. This seems to be a recurring issue. They will look right at you, and as soon as you ask for assistance, they walk away—something I witnessed happening to the person in front of me as well. There is no reason anyone should have to wait 30 to 45 minutes just for someone to take their order, let alone for food. Poor service and poor management—it's time for them to do better."
