"I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, but if you're thinking about trying it, I recommend opting for takeout unless you're part of a large group. The staff tends to prioritize larger parties and often overlooks solo diners. I was really hungry and expected my food would take some time, so I ordered bread, hoping they would bring it out before my meal. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Instead, a couple who arrived just after me got their food almost immediately (in less than 5 minutes) and were well attended to with drink offers. Meanwhile, I sat for over 10 minutes without any drinks, appetizers, or updates about my order. My table was also dirty, and I had to request that they clean it for me. The service was incredibly poor, and now I don’t even feel like eating my food because of this experience. I’m truly disappointed."
