"I had an experience at the drive-thru with a cashier named Pablo, who instructed me to park on the side. After waiting for 10 minutes without receiving my food, I decided to go inside to check on my order. I explained the situation to what I believe was the manager, and she was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. However, Pablo came out and insisted that I had driven away, despite my following his instructions, and denied saying what I clearly heard him say. To top it off, I know he made a side comment over the headset, but I didn’t want to dwell on that. Overall, aside from Pablo’s customer service, everything else was great, and I hope this was just an isolated incident."
