"I wanted to check out a new restaurant, having been a red wine enthusiast for years. I ordered a glass of house Cabernet, and the server poured about three-quarters of a glass, finishing off one bottle before opening a new one. When I tasted it, it was flat, so I kindly requested a new glass from the freshly opened bottle. She replied, "It shouldn’t be flat; it’s less than a week old, and we sell a lot of Cabernet," and then simply stared at me and asked, "Anything else?" I ended up paying for the flat glass of wine that I didn’t even drink and decided to leave. Her attitude was very indifferent. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing."
