"Each time I come here I feel like an extremely welcomed guest and the staff here are friendly, quick, and knowledgable. If you are looking for a good deal I recommend the $5 fire grilled combos which include chips/tortillas as well as the main item like a Pollo Bowl, burrito, tacos al carbon. My personal favorite is the Pollo Bowl and is so incredibly delicious every time. It is beautiful and packed to the brim, it is served nigh immediately too. The seats are always wonderfully clean and if you ever need to pop in on a lunch break, you will be incredibly content! As an after-edit I think I should quickly mention that the choices here are very healthy than some other choices and they have a clean, well stocked salsa bar for your add on needs."

"This is the best Popeyes I've been to within a 30-mile radius! The food is amazing, especially during the night shift. The staff is incredibly friendly and really skilled at putting together orders. I would give it a perfect 10/10!"

"Tried them for the 1st time tonight. I had the 10 piece boneless wing combo with the hands cut fries, and marinated vegetable salad. The chicken itself was cooked perfect, good light breading, and nice sized chunks. The sauces were Atlanta Heat, Garlic Parmesan. The Atlanta Heat leaves a lot to be desired, Garlic Parmesan was probably the best I've had. The fries had a lot of potential, but when they came out they were cold !! Fries were tasty, but would have been fantastic if they were fresh, or at least fairly hot. The veggie salad was absolutely FANTASTIC !!!! Super nice girls working, great service, just a bit short on the food. Definitely worth going back, don't be afraid to give em a try."

"I ordered pizza from Magoos because it's good. I called at 4 o'clock on 11/11/21 and spoke to Thomas who said my order would be ready in an hour, but I received it in 30 minutes. At 6:15, I received a call from an unknown number which I ignored. When they called back, they claimed to have my pizza, even though I had already received it at 4:30. I went outside to check but there was no one there. The person then told me I had the wrong reception and when I called back, they yelled at me to call their private number. I called Magoos and spoke to Gil, asking to speak to the manager. It turns out that Thomas, who had been rude to me, is the manager. I left a message for the owner to call me back, but never received a response. I had a previous issue with the same manager a few years ago, and I will not be returning to Magoos as long as he continues to work there."

"Our family ordered takeout from here today, and I would give it a 4-star rating mainly due to the friendly staff. My wife went inside to pick up the food and couldn't stop raving about how welcoming everyone was. The okra and French fries were freshly roasted and delicious. The honey butter biscuit served with the chicken was unique and quite tasty. While I wasn't a big fan of the Slavic in-law dish, that’s just a minor preference. The chicken was very crispy—perhaps a bit too crispy for my liking—but it stayed juicy and wasn't dry at all. The carrots and the gravy were excellent; it was some of the best gravy I've had for potatoes. Overall, it was a good experience, and the staff made the difference, elevating it from a 3-star to a 4-star."

"They gave me old food the biscuit was hard and sponge-like,the polo was dry ,over heat- lamped too long, the macaroni and cheese was oily and separated like old cheese, it also contained a foreign material clearly not consistent with macaroni and cheese. "I haven't had churches in so long. Me and my brother were coming back from Toledo Ohio going to Cincinnati and as we were passing through Dayton we are looking for a place to eat. "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was the worst I've encountered. If you plan to order after 8 PM, be prepared to wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru. By the time you finally receive your food, it's cold because they prepare it when you place your order but then make you wait in a long line, especially since the dining room is closed. "There are days when its mom's meatloaf for dinner and then sometimes you get to treat yourself and pay an outrageous price for extra extra hormones, grease and preservatives. At least the parts always look right. This time she gave us 3 little pieces of chicken 2 legs and a thigh. too wimpy and small. but not disturbing. "Despite the line, they moved pretty quickly. Loved the fact our chicken and biscuits was fresh out the grease and freshly baked. Disliked the fact they were out of honey. Upset me when I asked for hot sauce and she told me she placed some in the bag. While we proceeded to pull off, I checked and no hot sauce. By that time we were away from the window. We still ate but that's when we discovered no napkins! Condiments make a difference!"
