"I ordered the regular chicken, not the spicy option, but I was surprised to receive a dish that was far spicier than anticipated. It was so hot that I couldn't even finish it, and I paid $40 for an order that I believe was prepared incorrectly. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed and feel deceived. If the chicken is spicy, it should be clearly stated on the menu. This experience is completely unacceptable."
