"2 separate items made tonight, first arrived in 20 minutes and was great, but I had to run to work and my part went cold and was ruined. a second order to replace and had no problems repay. waited over an hour for ice cold eating and bad customer service from the person on the phones. refused to eat and sent it back. only the person on the phones offered as an apology was oh good college basketball is up, so it gets there extremely rude on the phones there, but the shipper was pleasant and at least an apology offered and said the phone operators are often rude. 2.5/5 for me could reorder if they can actually be nicer and offer another excuse than college basketball is more important than customers."
