"He then said that it would still be the same price despite the missing chorizo because of the extra potatoes, which didn’t seem fair to me. So, I paid and left, but it didn't feel right, so I called back to express my dissatisfaction. Not only was the order not what I requested, but it was also burnt. The owner responded with, "Oh, I didn’t know you were like that." I explained that if you ordered something at a restaurant and were given something else without choice, you wouldn’t be happy either. He offered to make it correctly with a different substitute, but by that point, I just wanted a refund and didn't want him to keep my money.
When I returned to get my refund and return the burrito, there were no apologies from the owner. I would have truly appreciated it if he had waited until I arrived to make my order, or at least called me to discuss the situation. Considering I was probably his first customer of the day, it was surprising that he didn’t immediately offer to make it right, especially since he had the time. It’s really unfortunate because I once enjoyed this place, but they have definitely lost a customer."
