"The service there is HORRIBLE!!! The restaurant itself appears very unsanitary.We ordered over the phone for pick, and while they 1st messed up our order causing us to have to drive back to have our order corrected only to get into a yelling debate with the lady at the cash register, who also takes the orders via phone about exactly what we ordered.Keeping in mind she never provided the written slip which is typically provided upon ordering and pick up.We ordered a House Lo Mein, Gen. Tso chicken and 2 orders of shrimp spring rolls, and the spring Rolls were missing from our order.The spring rolls were greasy and scorched. The General Tso and Lo Mein both taste old or leftover and left a horrible after-taste in our mouths.I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever again!!"

"I received a recommendation for this place from someone who frequently uses their takeout service. I usually cook at home, but I occasionally order takeout for my family. I placed a delivery order, and the timing was great—it arrived right on schedule. I ordered for a family of four, and everyone was satisfied; in fact, I ordered from here twice on different occasions. While it's not quite like what I'm accustomed to in New York or Jamaica—no disrespect intended—it's definitely better and different from what I've experienced in Jamaica. Overall, it's been good so far. I also appreciated the nice customer service during both of my orders."

A tell tale sign for me is the Hot and Sour Soup and this was superb! Hunan dishes are spicey. Many restaurants here mix spicey with sweet altering the traditional flavor. Thank you ! "My wife went here to order the very normal general tos chicken. Before we went and we called and asked if they could make it extra spicy. We picked up our order got it all the way home only to find out that there were no napkins in the bag, no plastic wear No soy sauce, when we called to let them know they were not willing to work with us nor were they willing to refund us our money. And when you’re sick and know that your body needs spice that’s exactly what you’re looking for. Needless to say we were completely unhappy with this place, which is very unfortunate because we live local. We will definitely not be going here anymore.Hong Thai is way better. "I ordered from DoorDash, so I can't comment on the service or the restaurant's atmosphere. I tried the General Tso's chicken with lo mein and requested it to be extra spicy. Unfortunately, it had no spice at all, which was disappointing since extra spicy was an option. The overall flavor was good, but I was really hoping for some heat. On the bright side, the lo mein was outstanding and absolutely delicious with excellent flavor! If the General Tso's had been spicy, this review would have easily been a 5. Still, it's definitely a solid choice for Chinese food in the area!"

"Finally found my “go to” Chinese restaurant! Best General Tso’s Chicken I’ve had in the Dublin/Hilliard/NW Columbus area, hands down! Made with chunks of chicken breast and lightly breaded not padded with tons of breading like most places. The sauce was delicious. Shrimp with Lobster Sauce was equally delicious, with plenty of good sized shrimp cooked perfectly. The combination plates are the perfect amount of food for one person not so much that you have to choose between overeating orsaving for leftovers, but enough that you’re definitely full. So, why only 4 stars? Two reasons: First, egg rolls weredelicious, again the best in the area based on flavor and the fact that they are not greasy. But…they’re a little lighton the yummy filling, making them a little gummy/chewy, and they only give you one packet of duck sauce. Second, this is theonly Chinese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at that didn’t include a fortune cookie with your order! This place is good enoughthat I’ve overlooked these things but I hope they’ll take this feedback to heart."

"TASTY CHOICE. E've eaten here several times with a variety of people aged 2-8o yrs and all had very pleasant meals. The brocolli chicken is amazing as well as the Cashew chicken, General Tsos, Lomein noodles, Veggie roasted rice and spring rolls. I tend to remain with the tried and true. But others have ordered egg rolls and various soups. The staff is also very accredited to certain flavors. If you are extra hacked by a particular veggie or an article or cut a certain way no problem. The cook will take it. I also feel welcome every time we go to this retaurant who goes a long way towards great customer service. I highly recommend it!"
