"For over seven years, we've been ordering from Charlton House of Pizza and Seafood since my mom moved to Charlton. However, every single time, they get my order wrong, and I always order the same thing. The only reason I continue to order from here when I visit is because they consistently get my mom's order right, and she refuses to go anywhere else. Tonight, I decided to try a pizza instead of my usual sub—chicken, bacon, ranch, with black olives and onions. Unfortunately, even that was messed up and didn't taste good. I have to say, the staff is friendly, but I'm left disappointed every time we order from here."
