"Tonight, we ordered a few takeout combo meals, and when we picked them up, she asked if we needed any sauces. We requested six duck sauces, but she said that was too many and only offered us three. We explained that we really needed six, but she firmly said no, then just tossed three small packets into the bag and walked away. We tried to ask for more, mentioning that the packets are small, but she completely ignored us.
Fortunately, her son came over and handed us a handful of sauces. However, we won’t be returning. The owner’s behavior is unacceptable, and I truly believe she should close her business. To top it off, when we got home, we found that our order was incomplete!"
