"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I found hair in my food! And the way that the cook and cashier handled it was terrible customer service. They don 't give refunds, which is a terrible policy because, I found hair in my food, so no, I don 't want you to remake it! I want my money back! I realized no one there is wearing a hair net, so why would I want you to remake my food? The cashier was no help because they wasn 't about to get cussed out for giving my money back which really explains how the cook (possibly the owner) treats their employees.I 've contacted Kerby 's Corporate to see if they will reach out to me about this situation, but something tells me they won 't."
