"I was skeptical for the reviews for this restaurant on Yelp, but after testing I am a creditor! They said that the food here is comparable to the Chinese restaurants in LA and Asia, they were not wrong!! You know that this restaurant is an authentic Chinese restaurant when it comes out super fast. Also with a view to their food photos, you can see that the noodles and meat have beautiful charred edges, and when tasting the meat or tofu we enjoyed a wonderfully fried dish with crispy bowls, welcome you to enjoy the juicy interior! With these details you can say the wok capability of the cook, a real Shifu! The salt and spicy Japanese tofu was a really great dish! The tofu was extremely fried and had crispy appearances. The combination with green chilli and onions is available several layers of aromas, spices, sweetness and saltiness. Excellent court! The Chinese **** has everything you expect and is executed for perfection. The flavors were balanced and tasty, and the pig is fried to absolute perfection. Once again it is crispy on the outside and delicate on the inside. This underlines the skill of the cook and the appropriate fire from the wok! Beef Chow Mien was so good. The thin noodles are deep fried first to make it crispy and more it is charred edges! Then the beef is poured with Gravy up to make it softer. I personally like a mixture of crispy and soft to give it texture. I am so surprised why this place no longer has reviews, because it should definitely be a favorite of all who love great Chinese cuisine, cantonese cuisine! This place may not have the best location, but I'll get out of here at any time... The selfish part of me wants this place to remain anonymous, as if the demand rises, price also:-p But what the Henke, this restaurant is to hide; they worked and worked on their craft, they deserve attention!
