"The food is overpriced and there was not enough meat on the sandwich. They charged $2 extra for grilled onions and $6 for a 2-liter soda. The person behind the counter dropped my order on the counter and casually handed it to me, saying "here you go buddy." When I asked for a receipt for my expense account, they refused, saying "ain't gonna happen." Thankfully, I received an email receipt so I didn't have to pay $28 out of pocket for a meal that wasn't worth it. I won't be returning to this restaurant."

"We had a wonderful lunch here after driving back from Niagara Falls to the covered bridge! The food was served hot, simple, and absolutely delicious! The service was incredibly friendly and quick. We loved being their guests, even though we're not locals! A kind gentleman at the table next to us recommended we visit the nearby elevator bridge, which we did. How friendly! My children and I really enjoyed it! What a hidden gem!"

"I was in town for a quick getaway and had no idea where to order dinner. I was a bit skeptical—Cambodian cuisine and burgers? Really? Wow! The banh mi with pork was absolutely delicious. The burger was on par with some of the best I’ve had back in the Midwest. The onion rings were crunchy and salty perfection. And the pho? Surprisingly, it was even better with the addition of those onion rings. Everything was flavorful, crispy (even though it was delivered!), and totally delicious."

"I am surprised to see how the competition (aka whirlwindmc1) attempts to ruin a good business by placing a false 'review '. Everyone gives top ratings to RT Cafe and the only negative reviewer 'whirlwindmc1 ' puts down complete nonsense (their only reviews are negative; and have nothing to do with the actual aspect of the businesses he reviews). I 've been to RT Cafe numerous times and found it to be one my favorite places in the area. Tasty food, great service, top quality unique products. Real treat for those who want a taste of something new. European cuisine, great bakery (huge variety) and delicious coffee. It is rated 5 stars by me and all of my friends; who can’t stop coming to this place every week. RT Cafe is a place I recommend with pleasure and confidence!"

"When I first sat down to dinner we had to pull on the chairs as they were stuck to the ground. The place was empty as expected at that time and looked like it was preparing for dinner rush. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The cheese wiz was a treat to dip my fries in but it was lumpy and dark orange, like it had been sitting there for a long time. My kids did not enjoy their meal. They are not picky eaters, especially when it comes to a burger or mac and cheese. This is basic menu food and it wasn't good. Before I left, I went to use the bathroom, and a staff member exited before I went in. As soon as I walked in I smelled a pleasant weed aroma and that just really made for a nice ending to a less than exciting experience."

"It's just not the same anymore! I drove over an hour to get subs for myself and my colleagues because they couldn't believe how large the subs and the generous amount of steak used to be. However, what I had last Saturday was not the Captain Harvey Sub I remember. While it was still good, I'm sad to say that the magic of the original has faded. If you're expecting a nostalgic trip down memory lane with huge subs like before, you might be disappointed. It's a decent sub, but it’s definitely not the Captain Harvey I grew up loving. "Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday. Called on the phone was told to place order via their on-line form at least 48 hours in advance. We did so and then went to pick up the cake two days later. We were told that there was no such order. When we told them to check again the order was found in their email, which the manager “had problems accessing”. We were told that they could try to make the cake right then, but that they couldn’t guarantee that it would come out or how long it might take. We were offered a free Ben Jerry’s t-shirt (so we can advertise the shop) and a refund. The cake was for a 12 year old boy who’d been looking forward to his coffee-coffee -buzz-buzz cake for quite some time and you can imagine the disappointment when the cake didn’t materialize. You can also imagine hunting around for a replacement late in the evening (the cake was supposed to be dessert for dinner). Since we had called ahead and then entered the on-line form, we had every right to expect the cake to be made as ordered. If the manager knows there are issues with the email, they should tell their customers when they call, enter orders in a different way and get their email problems fixed. I guess next time I order a cake (certainly not from this place), I’ll be double checking to make sure they got my order."

"I had been searching for an ice cream shop in the suburbs with vegan options beyond just vanilla (because if you're having ice cream, it should be something special!). Finally, I discovered Crave Creamery while preparing for a date night with my non-vegan partner. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, which set a lovely tone for the evening. To my delight, there were four incredibly fun vegan flavors available, all made with almond milk! I chose the mint chocolate chip, my absolute favorite, and it far surpassed any store-bought pint I've had. The calories didn’t matter, the price was reasonable, and we both wore big smiles knowing we could enjoy a delicious treat together, without a care in the world! I’ll definitely return whenever I crave an ice cream fix."
