"I've been visiting this restaurant for nine years, and the staff is usually excellent. I ordered the kung pao chicken, which I’ve had many times before, and it’s never been breaded! I was really disappointed to get home and find that my meat was coated in batter, with no sauce on it. The chicken was very dry and not at all like I expected. I called to speak with someone, and while she returned my call, instead of resolving the issue, she just kept insisting that this is how the dish is made. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since the picture in the lobby shows the meal the way I wanted to order it. I don’t eat breaded meats, and I can’t have rice due to a medical condition, so I couldn’t enjoy the food at all. It's like ordering General's chicken with veggies instead of what I wanted. Please bring back the original kung pao chicken and stop serving this breaded version!"
