"Off putting from the get go. The greeter was checking paperwork and seemed to be confused about seating we waited 5 to 10 min while he dinked around. Once he took our name found our reservation he sent us to be seated. Our seats were taken and we had to wait back in the lobby. It took another 10-15 min to get seated.We tried to get a drink at the bar while we waited but they said they could not serve us. We would have to wait for a server once we got seated. Live jazz was cool in the lobby however the sound system in the dinning area only picked up the base player. It sounded bad. The set up seemed like kind of a numbers game, see how many cattle you could get to the feed and move them on out. It was not a place to relax and enjoy the moment. None of us even tried to wait in the long line for eggs omelets. Maybe they were supper good. Special Mother's Day occasion was tainted. Tip was included on our bill so we had no way to express our aggravation. Kind of a jerk move to include a tip on the bill, and it was a buffet. The good? The guy cutting roast beef was super nice. Views were good. Looks like it would be a nice event center if you had a good crew working."
