"The broth at this restaurant was exceptionally flavorful and clear. I ordered the beef noodle soup with brisket, tendon, and tripe, and all the meats were tender and delicious. The service was impressively fast, and the server did a great job explaining and confirming my food allergies. It had been 2 years since I last had Pho, and this experience was fantastic."
