"When I called to explain the mix-up, the man who answered the phone was quite rude and insisted that I should have known egg rolls typically contain pork. He went on to say, "Everyone knows that," implying I was the only person unaware of this. I explained that it would be helpful to inform customers about the pork in the egg roll when they place their orders, given that some people, like me, don't eat meat and could get sick from it.
I had ordered General Tso’s shrimp, brown rice, and cheese wontons, and the egg roll was included in the lunch special. Throughout the conversation, he interrupted me, saying, "Sir, you should have known." I reiterated that it’s their responsibility to inform customers about ingredients, particularly when it comes to pork. His rudeness continued, and I told him this behavior was unprofessional and that I would never order from them again or recommend them to others.
This was my first and last experience here. I should have stuck with my go-to place, Dragon City Chinese Kitchen on Sutphin Blvd by the train station, which is far better. Now I'm left feeling sick to my stomach due to their negligence. I wouldn’t have bothered writing this review if they hadn’t been so rude."
