Third, the chicken is often undercooked, either bleeding or excessively soft; it’s also poorly seasoned and fried in the same oil used for the fish, which is quite unappetizing. Fourth, the fries should be hot and crispy, but instead they arrive soggy and taste like they've been frozen. Finally, the reason for the 3-star rating is the pizza; it’s the only consistently decent item on the menu, as it’s generally cooked well and not always burnt, regardless of who's in the kitchen."
