"Food was mediocre at best, atmosphere was terrible! Dirty, boxes sitting on the dining tables, missing baseboards exposing yucky dirty walls/ floors, very dirty water cooler sitting in dining area. But really the worst part was the rude woman at the counter. She barely said anything to us, not even a greeting or a thank you at all!! Just slapped our food down in cheap paper plates and walked away.We won't be going back ever! Panda express would be a better choice for Chinese food than this place!"

"Folks believe it or not,the real highlight of this restaurant is the “ Bourbon Chicken “ it’s the Holy Grail of anything else on the menu.Its often overlooked because a lot of people don’t know much about this legendary chicken.To the common person it looks like any plain grilled chicken but it’s the sauce and the charcoal combined gives this chicken a taste like no other.I live in East NY of Brooklyn and I have to get on the belt parkway just to enjoy this.it’s so worth it.it’s the best chicken I ever had hands down.it’s so good.I came back a few days later and placed a large order and took to my work in Queens.My co-workers obliterated the chicken in minutes lol they all fell in love with it.it’s basically grilled chicken seasoned in a sweet bourbon sauce.I usually have that with garlic spinach and mashed potato and a little sweet plantains on the side.A healthy combination and keeps you full.For anyone who lives in Queens there’s also a Chinese food court in green acres mall that also sells the same chicken.anyway i usually buy a lot when I come here because I’m far away.you should buy a lot when u go there because it’s sooooo good you will want seconds lol lol Just make sure you call first for availability ENJOY !!!"

"I have ordered lunch from Ting Hua twice, and each time it was made to order. They haven't let me down so far. While I'm accustomed to larger portions, the servings here are enough to tempt you into ordering a bigger size. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. "This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had! I wasted $50 on a meal that had no chicken in my chicken and vegetable dish. The shrimp and vegetable dish only had 4 shrimp in it, and the vegetables were mushy without any crunch. The mushrooms and other ingredients seemed to be canned or frozen, definitely not fresh. I will never go back there again, as I was not happy with anything aside from the okay egg drop soup. I was very disappointed, as I don't eat out often and was looking forward to a good meal with my family. They did give me free donuts, but I would have much rather had meat in my food instead of mush."

"I recently started eating here yesterday. I DoorDash fried chicken wings and shrimp fried rice with Chinese donuts and cheesesteak rolls. Everything was good!!Today, I had my boyfriend pick up beef broccoli. The beef was very soft (not what I’m used to at all compared to other Chinese food places) and there were pieces of broccoli that tasted like soap. I’m currently pregnant and my taste buds are definitely on a high. I usually eat beef and broccoli from other places so I did iddd to try it here and it wasn’t good at all. I called to let them know and I told the woman I will be coming in to bring the food back because half of it is in the garbage from me picking through it. She started to mention that they never get complaints and it’s just me. Unfortunately, they do not know how to take constructive criticism.I arrived at the store and a male was at the front, I told him that I called and why. He looked inside the box and he said that I ate some of it. I told him yes, I picked through it, ate a few pieces and the other pieces went in the garbage because it taste like soap. He shook his head no. So I asked him for me to either get something else or he can give me my money back. He gave me my money back and waved his hand at me to “shoo”. He was very rude after all I tried to do was explain to them what the experience was like for me. I wouldn’t have had a problem with trying something else from there. They aren’t the perfect Chinese food place but I definitely won’t be coming back here myself.Ps: the other Fu Wah Place in Hermitage St plaza is amazing FYI!"

"I used to order from this restaurant every Saturday evening, but my recent experience has changed my mind. When my food was delivered, I discovered that some items were missing. I called to inform them, and the young girl I spoke with was quite rude, saying they would deliver the missing items later. When I called back, I was told they would address the issue on my next order instead. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to resolve the problem right away. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning."

They didn't clean the woks from the last order that they have made and had left over chicken and beef that was inside of my food when I complained and demanded my moneyback they refuse to give me back my money I was upset and I left shortly after me and my son threw up everything we ate cause wedon't eat chicken beef or pork I would not recommend for anybody to go there then not clean they don't clean woks well Disgusting !!!"
