"Let's start by saying I extremely picky with my Chinese food. After I moved here to Springfield I would drive to my old town almost an hour away to get chinese food. But I tried it one day and loved it. Food tastes fresh good flavor great service. I've ordered food for my sick mom while I'm at work since she can't make it to the door they bring it down for her. "I haven't ordered from here in about two years. Now that I'm back in Lakewood, my husband would usually order from VIP or Ruby's, but no more! My son and I decided to order from here today, and it was the best decision. The General Tso's Chicken was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The hot and sour soup was perfect with no oil on top. This place will definitely be our go-to from now on. Hands down, the best Chinese food in Lakewood!"

"We pass by this restaurant all the time and decided to give them a try tonight. They were doing takeout only. Their website did not indicate this, but when I looked later on Google I saw, so my bad there. We decided to just place a to-go order and ordered from their website. I got a message indicating that my order was placed and would be ready in time. I have no idea what in time means, but I 'm now guessing you will get your order before the end of time. Nothing indicated how long the wait was or what time we should pick up our food. We decided to just sit in the car for 20 minutes and then go check. The area people were standing in to wait for their orders was packed. The people working in the restaurant were doing everything possible to ignore whoever walked in to pick up their order. I got a worker 's attention, asked if they had our order, and she walked away doing other things and never gave me an answer. About 10 minutes later I asked another worker and was met with the same response; she acknowledged I was speaking to her but she then just went about her business without giving me an answer. They even had an infant in the previous seating area and were too busy to tend to him/her. Eventually (1 hour and 15 minutes after the order was placed), they put our order on the counter. We thought maybe the wait would be worth it and arrived home excited to finally eat our food. We were disappointed to say the least. The food was edible, but nothing special. Shoprite 's sushi department 's food is just as good or possibly better."

"This restaurant used to hold a special place in my heart; the wonton soup was flavorful and satisfying, and the chicken was quite tasty. However, lately, the chicken I've been getting has been overcooked, rubbery, and lacking flavor, and the wonton soup now tastes strangely off. Something definitely needs to change. Is the chef even tasting the wonton soup or chicken themselves? A few months ago, I would have rated this place 4 out of 5 stars, but now I'm feeling disheartened. The quality of the cooking has declined rapidly, and unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering takeout from here again anytime soon."

"The restaurant is pretty good. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, very enjoyable, and the wings were large. The pork fried rice was just right, not too greasy. The steamed chicken dumplings were extremely tasty. The beef and broccoli were delicious as well, with just the right amount of sauce. My only complaint is that I wish there was a little more flavor, especially in the broccoli. The prices are a bit higher than my usual spot, which is closed on Mondays. The delivery was fairly quick. I would recommend giving it another try."

"I'm not sure what kind of scam is happening, but I've had two instances where I ordered food through DoorDash, and both times the manager wouldn't let the driver pick up my order, insisting I needed to pay over the phone instead. I've been a customer for years without any issues, but now they're being rude when I ask questions and won’t let me go to the store to prove the transaction and pick up my food myself. I'm finished with them."

"I used to order from this restaurant every Saturday evening, but my recent experience has changed my mind. When my food was delivered, I discovered that some items were missing. I called to inform them, and the young girl I spoke with was quite rude, saying they would deliver the missing items later. When I called back, I was told they would address the issue on my next order instead. It felt like they couldn't be bothered to resolve the problem right away. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning."

"This place used to serve huge portions now they don't pack your rice quart up to the top , There egg rolls are like baby fingers everything they sell getting smaller and smaller and there prices are higher and higher they need to build a new Chinese restaurant near by with better portions . "I’ve noticed that her husband seems a bit forgetful too. I had a little incident where I paid $18.75 for my food and drinks with a $20 bill, and she didn’t give me my second drink. When I pointed it out, she tried to charge me again, even though I had already paid for all of it. I did the math and asked her to explain, and it became a bit of an argument. Other customers were listening and agreed that it didn’t make sense since I never received the drink in the first place. It’s frustrating because I don’t appreciate being treated like I can’t count. I’ve decided that this will be my last visit. Once you argue with places like this, they tend to remember your face, and I can’t trust them with my food safety after that. If you do go, make sure to double-check your change because she might try to shortchange you if she thinks she can get away with it. I usually avoid spending more than $5 there, but I didn’t feel like cooking that night!"
