"The quality of the food and service has really declined. The sandwiches have hardly more than a single slice of meat, and during my last few visits, the lettuce on the cold sandwiches was very wilty. I understand that good service can be hard to come by, but when a customer specifically asks you to set aside a large container of soup and offers to pay for it, it’s crucial to actually reserve the soup. When I arrived, an employee told me she hadn’t set it aside and seemed surprised that the soup container was empty. Additionally, two weeks ago, two out of three sandwich orders were incorrect. When my mother-in-law called to address the issue, she was told to come in with the receipt for a refund. At 82 years old, she’s not about to go out again for $15! It’s clear that not only did you lose a sale over the soup today, but you’ve also lost two customers. My mother-in-law and I will be exploring other restaurants in the area. I’m sorry, Padow's, but you just aren’t meeting our expectations anymore."
