"Extra ordinary pizza and good hearted people...I recently visited this location to get 2 of their 24 pizzas. That i give to the nursing staff at the sunrise hospital where my dad is being treated for covid 19 in critical condition. They asked How are you so i told them the situation, they sincerely cared and said kind words. Then they said heres some sodas 4 total on the house. I was happy to see Human kindness and good hearted gestures in these uncertain times. The staff at sunrise was happy with the quality of the pizza and thanked them for the sweet gesture. Thank you to the owner and his son from the DELTORO Family."

"I ordered 12 Garlic Knots, but what I received were just 6 undercooked, doughy bites that tasted terrible. They were burnt on the outside yet raw on the inside. As for the pizza, it was a major letdown. I've enjoyed their pizza in the past, but this time it was possibly the worst I’ve ever had. It was honestly disappointing—Little Caesars has better quality and flavor than what I received. When I tried to get a refund through DoorDash, they claimed there was no issue with my order. What do you mean there’s no issue? I received 6 doughy bites instead of the 12 Garlic Knots I ordered! I expect you to reach out and make this right."

"I usually have no problems with Frankie's food was always delicious. My problem is with Qantity. I usually get her steak and cheese with everything on it and it's so delicious. My husband is from Pennsylvania, so he knows a good Philly cheese steak and after eating and seeing steak and cheese substitutes in Pennsylvania they are ineffective. My husband thought he'd try one of here yesterday. I was so embarrassed that everything you could taste was bread that I opened my role, and there was hardly any meat on it. Maybe 2 tablespoons of meat on the whole sandwich. I know you can not make the sandwiches as meat filling as original steak and cheese, but please at least a decent amount of meat in the sandwich."
