"I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece mixed with a side of red beans and rice. It was after 9:00 pm last Friday (2/17/2024). When I got home they did give me the 4 pieces and the red beans and rice, but, it was not spicy. I was hungry so I ate as much as I desired. I could taste the old grease used to cook this chicken. The next morning I felt nauseated at the stomach. All day I laid in bed not feeling well. The next day was worst. I was throwing up and had a bad case of diarrhea. Never will I go here again. If you want food poisoning, help yourself. I feel much better today but still have soreness in my stomach from throwing up so. Do better Popeyes."

"This has always been my favorite place for fast food fried chicken, and this visit was no different. My spicy all-white chicken was served hot and juicy, the red beans were perfectly cooked (they can be dry sometimes), and the biscuit was just as delicious as ever."

"Why do I have to wait so long every time I come here? It’s now the 20 minute mark and there’s 6 orders/people standing here waiting for food… the cashier saids were waiting on chicken?!? Isn’t that what you do is chicken?? You would think the chicken would be ready or at least not take 20 minutes….. idk…. Maybe I just had a bad day….. my wife started at 8 am with, help the kids get dressed… I’m changing my review to 5 stars because he gave me an extra apple pie for waiting."

"I cant give it a zero but would if I could. Firs off this branch is NOTHING like other branches I have been to. I went through drive-through and placed my order and paid for it with no problems. This was approximately 7:15 pm. I proceeded to drive home (after having been moving all day). Get home and sit down to eat and realize that the 2 original chicken sandwiches and the surface and turf combo with coleslaw and a medium spritehad somehow mysteriously morphed into a 4 piece box of chicken with a small mashed potato with gravy and a medium uncarbonated sprite. I drove back and attempted to go in dining room apparently they were understaffed so badly they couldn't have it open even for issues such as mine). I was forced to go through the drive-through and wait behind approximately 10 cars. Upon arriving at the speakerbox I explained their error and they had me drive forward. They ASKED FOR THE 4 PCS OF CHICKEN BACK. Now in my understanding of food handling this is not something restaurants are allowed to do once the food has left the premises. Correct me if I'm wrong. They then gave me a second sprite which was as nasty as the first one. I finally said I'll settle for a coke which was fine. By now it's 8:30ish. They handed me the replacement food and I drove home... AGAIN. YES i checked the order. My wife and I sit down to finally eat. She opens her coleslaw and it was so spoiled I could smell it from like 3 feet away.....ruined my appetite. I am now livid. I drive back again only to find that again there's 10 or so cars in the drive-through. I get to the speaker and ask to speak to a manager. I get to the window and there's an 18 or 19 yr old who I KNOW is clearly the shift manager and not the store manager who by the way stood right behind this guy the whole time. He stated Whats the problem I handed him the coleslaw and said open that and smell it and you tell me what the problem is. He stated he wasn't going to do that and only offered to replace it to which I said I didn't want a replacement but wanted a refund because this was my third trip to this location in the last 2 hrs and they not only couldn't get the order right but they were also serving spoiled food. (Why aren't the food protocols followed)? He kept insisting he would only offer a replacement coleslaw. I began to curse him out I shouldn't have I get it) They threatened to call the cops and I told them to that I would wait for them and drove away and called corporate after I finished moving."

"Samina, Akter, and Jose make an excellent team. Every time I visit this location, they remember my order right away and either begin preparing it or check to see if I want the same order again. The atmosphere is wonderful. I’ve noticed that sometimes customers come in after a rough day, but Samina and Akter remain calm and composed. I really appreciate the quick service, and I understand that it can’t always be guaranteed, but their attentiveness to customers is always deeply valued."

"We placed our order online for pickup. I drove up and let them know I was here for an online order and gave my name. They asked me to repeat my name several times. Then I was told okay we’re making it now, pull up to the window. I get to the window, the kid just stands there. So I said I have the online order. He says okay they’re making it now. Closed the window and proceed to lean against the drink counter talking to another employee. He hands me my bag. So I asked is everything in this one bag he says yes, have a good night. I asked for honey for the biscuits. He didn’t know where they were. Asked another employee and then told me they didn’t have any. Needless to say when I reached home I had not received my complete order. I went right back to the store to find that the dining room was closed at 8:00 pm. I showed them my receipt at the door and told them I needed to speak to the manager. The kid shook his head No and walked away. I got onto the drive thru line which was now to street. I asked to speak to the manager at the speaker. She asked me to pull up to the window. As she couldn’t hear me. I explained to the manager what happened including being told no at the door when I asked to speak to the manager. I advised her that I ordered a 44 ounce Fanta and received two small drinks. (Sprite Fanta) I didn’t receive the 7 biscuits as ordered and was told they had no honey. The mashed potatoes had very little gravy. She said she would speak with the staff about their behavior and rectify the problem. Needless to say this hasn’t been a pleasant experience!"

"I ordered the $6 chicken sandwich along with a frozen strawberry lemonade meal. The lemonade was fantastic—icy, cool, and incredibly refreshing on a hot day. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was a huge disappointment. I’ve had it many times before and loved it, but this one was off. It looked perfectly fine, but when I took a bite, I could barely chew it. I thought it might just be a piece of gristle, so I spat it out and tried again, but it was the same issue throughout the entire sandwich. It was stringy and impossible to chew, so I ended up tossing it in the trash. If I hadn’t gone through the drive-thru, I definitely would have returned it. To make matters worse, they didn’t give me a receipt, so there isn't much I can do now. I’m really disappointed—this experience left such a bad impression that it will be a while before I consider going back."

"I?ve been to many fast food places but this was by far the worst. Unfortunately I have to go there because my boss likes their food and I have to pick it up. No one even said anything when I pulled up to the drive thru. They didn?t put any bbq sauce or biscuits in the bag. There are other things that happened but I think I was just surprised about how they acted. I?m guessing they don?t care because they aren?t paid much. I understand that they should be paid more-but please put the freaking sauce in the bag. they?re just over charging for mediocre food and service."

"Multiple times, I have either been forgotten when it comes to receiving my side order or given the completely wrong item. Today, when I received my mac and cheese side, it looked inedible and unappetizing. Instead of macaroni, there was just a big blob of hard, burnt cheese in a cup. It was thick and unappealing, making me question how someone could serve this. This lack of attention to detail is not surprising, considering how sloppy they are over there. Additionally, the staff's inability to speak English and understand orders is a problem. If you're going to work and live in the United States, some knowledge of English should be required, especially since it is the language of most customers. This is not an unreasonable expectation."

"I believe the person in the back is the manager. I didn't want to create an awkward moment by taking a photo of him, though I doubt he would mind, haha. He is an excellent representative of your customer service team. I've visited at least ten times in the past two months, and every interaction with him has been consistently outstanding. He goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels welcomed, which makes me excited to come back. "We don't have a Popeyes near us. So, when we go out of town, we try to treat ourselves. The last couple of times I tried to go to Popeyes, (not this one) I was very disappointed.At first, I was a little irritated because their system was down and couldn't take orders. "We entered the lobby at 7 PM and were informed that the three cars in the drive-thru would be served first. If we chose to wait, they could take our order in 45 minutes to an hour. They mentioned that they were only serving drive-thru customers at the time, claiming they only had two employees working, but I counted six staff members. It honestly looked like they were preparing for a Halloween party in the dining area. I understand that issues can arise, but it would be helpful to put up some signs and lock the doors. The customer service experience left a lot to be desired."

"I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant! I've visited three times in the last month, and during my last two visits, the food was cold, I had to wait a long time, and my order was incorrect. The staff seems to be confused about the difference between thighs, legs, and breasts. I ordered a 10-piece family meal with all thighs and legs, but received mostly breasts and hardly any legs. I also requested spicy, but everything was bland. The chicken tasted old and was very greasy. I had to go back inside to get my order corrected, and the staff acted like they didn’t want to help me, giving me some very dirty looks. I will not be going back to this place again! Furthermore, when I went in to resolve my order, the dining area was not clean, so I will be notifying the health department about this. The food is overpriced and of poor quality, and the chicken pieces were tiny. I do not recommend this place to anyone!"
