"We’ve been to Giada’s several times and have had positive experiences with the exception of our dining experience yesterday. Ambiance was good, food was good, but the service was extremely horrible. We had to wait for our reserved table far too long than what we expected. Our server was extremely inattentive, slow to bring drinks, we had to hunt him down for the bill and when we asked him to split the bill ways with a couple of nuances for one of the split- he told us we had to do the math- I’m sorry but that’s his job not the customer- so we did what he asked yet it still wasn’t to his liking-so we had to do the ‘math’ again. He did not positively represent Giada’s brand very well or at all"
