"Pretty empty 12/3/23 Sunday at 9pm. Ordered the #8 XL pho with rare steak and fatty brisket. Portion was big enough for my partner and me. The broth is disappointing and not flavorful, just tastes mostly of salt. The meat came mostly fully cooked, can be seen in my 2nd photo. Rare steak was pretty tough, but the fatty brisket was really crazy. I literally could not chew through it! Resorted to putting the whole thing in my mouth, and even then, had to give up on a few. Wow. Surprised to see some of the bad reviews about service, we had a really nice young man waiter who was very attentive and polite! I liked him and the atmosphere very much. Not coming back though lol."
