"Arrived on-time for our reservation and we were promptly seated. Saturday at 6:30 so they were just starting to get pretty busy. Wait staff seemed hurried but she made an extra effort to be genuinely friendly and offered recommendations on both food and wine. Drinks and re-fills took longer than they should so I'm going to guess the bar was either understaffed or just backed up. The app and mains arrived hot off the line, which I love and they were timed perfectly so the meal didn't seem rushed. The food was fantastic and I'd go back in a snap to try other things on the menu."

"People usually order udon, ramen or soba, but I always order their katsu curry. Their chicken teriyaki is in the drier side. I stick to what I like most: katsu curry. My date loves the tempura udon. The decor is nice and cozy. It’s a small place but at least the bathroom is big. They have special’s of the day, which are good sometimes. I don’t try it too often."

"This is an excellent spot for a quick breakfast! I had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich for less than $3. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, and the service is fast. There are plenty of options on the menu. While the decor may be a bit outdated, it’s not the kind of place you’d choose for a romantic date. It's definitely worth the stroll down the side street!"
